Baer is looking for SAP Federal Finance Funds Management SME for a 6+ month Federal Remote Project.
Title: SAP Federal Finance Funds Management SME
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a program or project manager leading and supervising a multidisciplinary staff of various levels.
- Manage high-impact assignments and key tasks across multiple projects.
- Present briefings to senior customer management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive project success.
- Apply functional and technical expertise to improve business performance.
- Resolve functional and technical integration issues across SAP modules.
- Provide post go-live production support and break/fix solutions.
- Ensure smooth transition from implementation to post-production support.
- Demonstrate strong customer handling skills and ability to address customer concerns effectively.
Experience:
- 10+ years of overall SAP experience.
- 5+ years of specific SAP FM module experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP FM module functionalities in a Tier 3 environment.
- Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, testing (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and post-production support.
- In-depth understanding of DoD processes, regulations, and requirements related to financial management
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- SAP certification is a plus.
- All roles are part time, 20 hours a week, either meeting/workshop hours will be 9-1 or 1-5, 5 days a week.
