TJ is highly experienced in technology talent sourcing with over 20 years in the industry. As VP, Recruiting and Operations, TJ directs our recruiting strategy and oversees our workflow design and corporate systems. 

TJ joined Baer in 2014, bringing extensive experience of technical talent recruiting and management focused on ERP, CRM and cloud computing. With a career focus on performance management and recruiting best practices, TJ ensures we retain our leading edge in building high-performing teams capable of tackling the most complex challenges for our clients. 

TJ graduated from Furman University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, and has a Master’s from Xavier University.
