James has held leadership roles in both services and sales at SAP and Oracle. At SAP, he was a founding member of the SAP RISE team. At Oracle, he was part of the Majors team, driving Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) initiatives. His industry expertise spans Consumer Products, Mill Products, Life Sciences, and High Tech, with hands-on experience leading complex implementations across a wide range of business sizes and operational challenges.
