Bob has over 30 years of experience in the technology talent business. As Executive Vice President and Partner

he oversees our strategic alliances and partnerships across North America. 

Bob joined Baer 2006 with an extensive background in technology talent placement. Prior to joining us, he founded and grew two substantial talent businesses, both National SAP Implementation Partners. This combined experience has given him a deep understanding of how to build highly skilled technical teams aligned with what our clients need to achieve. 

Bob graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
