Title: SAP SCM Resource Manager
Location: Remote (10–20% travel to plants as needed)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Overview
We are seeking a hands-on SAP Resource Manager to manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and project staffing across manufacturing and supply chain functions. You will use Wrike and SAP S/4HANA to align workforce and machine capacity with production schedules and demand plans.
Description
- Plan and manage resource capacity across teams, plants, and production lines
- Translate SAP data into staffing and shift plans
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align resources with demand
- Run resource reviews, resolve conflicts, and support project timelines
- Track utilization and performance metrics; generate reports (Excel, Power BI)
- Identify bottlenecks and drive solutions
- Improve processes and train teams on tools and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years in resource/capacity management (manufacturing or supply chain)
- Strong experience with Wrike and SAP S/4HANA
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills (Power BI preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Preferred
- Experience in consumer goods or process manufacturing
- Knowledge of S&OP and production planning concepts
- Experience with project/portfolio management
