Baer is looking for SAP PEO Consultant for a 12+ month remote project.
Title: SAP PEO Consultant
Location: Remote with 25% travel (onsite first week - CST Hours)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or Individual C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)
Description:
- Lead and support the deployment of SAP PEO functionality within a manufacturing organization.
- Work with client stakeholders across Production Planning, Manufacturing Operations, and Engineering to align business processes with PEO capabilities.
- Configure and implement Engineering Change Management (ECM) functions within SAP PEO.
- Enable and deploy Change Impact Analysis capabilities.
- Support conversion of Engineering BOM (EBOM) to Manufacturing BOM (MBOM) using PEO tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with engineering systems (PLM, PDM, etc.) to ensure proper master data integration with SAP ERP.
- Coordinate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration across PP, QM, SD, and VC modules.
Requirements:
- Proven experience deploying SAP PEO in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Production Engineering and Operations (PEO) functionality in SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with Change Impact Analysis and Engineering Change Management (ECM) in PEO.
- Hands-on experience with EBOM to MBOM conversion using PEO tools.
- Familiarity with interfacing and integrating Engineering systems (PLM, PDM, etc.) with SAP ERP.
- Deep knowledge of related SAP modules: Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
