Baer is looking for an SAP Beeline and VNDLY Techno-Functional Consultant for a 12+ month remote project.
Title: SAP Beeline and VNDLY Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration:12 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Description:
- Develop and execute deployment strategies for new features and configurations for customers using VNDLY and Beeline.
- Assist in producing and maintaining a roadmap for the continuous improvement of VNDLY and Beeline solutions in alignment with business drivers.
- Understand and manage VNDLY and Beeline integrations within their ecosystems (API, external systems like Finance) to ensure seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with VNDLY and Beeline vendors to explore and define solutions, integrations, and customizations to meet business requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive training materials and documentation on VNDLY and Beeline functionalities, features, and usage.
- Provide subject matter expertise in defining and optimizing business processes using VNDLY and Beeline solutions.
- Work closely with different service lines, including change management teams, during the implementation phase and post go-live to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements from key stakeholders across various business units, ensuring that the solution aligns with the long-term strategies of the client.
- Leverage your understanding of external workforce solutions, strategies, and industry best practices to advise clients and guide implementation processes.
Requirements:
- 5 years of hands-on experience with VNDLY and Beeline, including requirements gathering, process building, integrations, and deployments.
- Strong technical expertise in VNDLY and Beeline, with a deep understanding of their capabilities, functionality, and integration features.
- Proven ability in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application gaps, integrations, and data inconsistencies.
- Familiarity with relevant API and data models, and the ability to leverage them for seamless system integration.
- Strong knowledge of business process mapping and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, driving collaborative solutions.
- Relevant project management and leadership experience, particularly in leading VNDLY and Beeline implementations.
- Holistic understanding of the VMS (Vendor Management System) industry and leading applications such as VNDLY, Beeline, Wand PRO Unlimited, etc.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and document technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
