Baer is looking for Data Consultants for a 12+ month remote project.
Title: Data Consultants
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Description:
- Lead and execute data engineering projects across various industries, focusing on either Data Visualization, Data Warehousing, or Data Science.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and relational database systems to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior data engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in data engineering and analytics.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data projects.
Requirements:
- 8 years of professional experience in data engineering, with demonstrated expertise in SQL and relational databases.
- Strong proficiency in one of the three focus areas: Data Visualization, Data Warehousing, or Data Science.
- Demonstrated experience with BOBJ, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with data warehousing technologies such as Informatica, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Experience with data science platforms like Databricks or Dataiku is desirable.
