Baer is looking for an Oracle EPM (EPBCS) Functional Support Consultant for a 3-month Federal remote project.
Title: Oracle EPM (EPBCS) Functional Support Consultant

Description:
- Develop and maintain webforms, narrative reports, dashboards, integration artifacts, data reconciliation processes, and complex calculations using Java and Groovy scripting.
- Lead the design of business processes within EPBCS, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and federal requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications, and maintain standard systems requirement documents, such as Business Process Workflows, Functional/Technical Requirements Documents, and Requirement Traceability Matrix.
- Leverage intermediate knowledge of PeopleSoft Federal Financials to support integration and functional alignment with EPBCS.
- Provide expertise in PeopleSoft modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Purchase Orders (PO), Billing, Commitment Control (KK), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Project Costing (PC), and Asset Management (AM).
- Lead system and bundle upgrades, developing and executing test scenarios and scripts to ensure functionality satisfies system requirements.
- Define test scenarios, support UAT, and validate that the implemented solutions meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Strong communication skills are essential for client-facing interactions and presentations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including implementation plans and use cases, to support ongoing maintenance and client knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Oracle EPM Cloud experience
- 3+ years of Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) experience
- 3+ years of Java, Groovy scripting experience
- 3+ years of Business Process Design experience
- 3+ years of Requirements Analysis experience
- 3+ years of PeopleSoft Federal Financials experience
- Bachelor's degree
