Baer is looking for a Syniti ADMM Consultant for a 12+ month project located in Houston, TX.
Title: Syniti ADMM Consultant
Location: Remote and 25% travel to Houston, TX
Duration: 12 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2
Description:
- Lead and execute data migration projects from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA using Syniti ADMM.
- Design and implement data migration processes, including constructing and replicating activities using Syniti ADMM.
- Develop and configure migration solutions, including data mapping, transformation, and loading.
- Design data sets and structures to support the migration process and ensure data integrity during the transition.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Lead client meetings, present solutions, and walk clients through the migration process to ensure a clear understanding of the approach and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Identify and resolve data migration challenges, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to S/4HANA.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including migration plans, designs, and post-migration support materials.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in data migration, with a strong focus on Syniti ADMM.
- Proven experience in migrating data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
- Proficiency in Migrate Developer, Mapper, and Data Set Design.
- Strong understanding of Syniti ADMM processes, including construct and replicate activities.
- Bachelors Degree
