Baer is looking for an SAP Real Estate (Lease Accounting) Consultant for a 6+ month remote project.
Title: SAP RE-FX Lease Accounting Consultant
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 Only (C2C Not Permitted)
Description:
- Lead and management of the implementation of SAP RE-FX Flexible Real Estate Management (Lease Accounting) modules through a full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Facilitate and lead design workshops with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Document and design SAP RE-FX solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards.
- Configure SAP RE-FX and related modules according to business requirements and design specifications.
- Write detailed functional specifications for custom development, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF).
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and functionality of the SAP solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams, organizational change management (OCM) teams, and other functional areas to ensure seamless integration across the SAP landscape.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users and other project teams during the post-implementation phase.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, with at least one full lifecycle implementation of SAP Real Estate (SAP RE-FX).
- Strong expertise in configuring SAP RE-FX modules, including experience with lease accounting processes.
- Proven ability to lead design workshops, document design specifications, and develop functional specifications for custom development.
- Experience in working with technical, OCM, and other functional teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions.
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
