**Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen with Active Secret Clearance**
Baer is looking for Jaspersoft Reports Developer for a 12+ month Federal remote project.
Title: Jaspersoft Reports Developer
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 12+ months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 Only (C2C Not Permitted)
Description:
- Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy new software that utilizes the Elasticsearch/ OpenSearch cluster architecture
- Integrate data from various sources, such as databases, data warehouses, and APIs, to create comprehensive and accurate reports.
- Design and implement data models and queries to retrieve and structure data for reporting purposes.
- Optimize report performance by fine-tuning queries, indexing, and other database-related optimizations.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing reports using Jaspersoft and or JasperReports
- 4+ years of experience in full stack Java development including building API’s, RESTful services using Spring, Spring Boot
- Strong Java developer with experience in Java, Spring boot, API and cloud experience
- 2+ years of experience with various database tools e.g., AWS PostgreSQL RDS
- Working knowledge of AWS Cloud Services (e.g., Lambda, S3, AWS OpenSearch, EC2, EKS, AWS RDS)
- 2 years of experience in Elasticsearch stack, OpenSearch, working with Elasticsearch based architecture, design and development including Kibana
- 4+ years of experience developing AWS-cloud native applications and/or migrating on-prem applications to AWS Cloud environment.
- Working knowledge of other reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Power BI)
- Active Secret Clearance Required
