Opportunity Description:
Our client is currently in the process of starting their system integration test process for an S/4 brownfield program. This program is a carve our of an existing ECC system based on M&A activity. The program's initial Phase I Go Live in scheduled for January of 2024.
Role Description:
Our client is currently in need of a Sr. SAP S/4 Data Migration expert who can join the project ASAP and take a lead role in stabilizing the data migration process which will include review of the overall approach to mock data loads, issues with missing and inaccurate data, misaligned timing with SIT/UAT and Cutover Planning process. This consultant will be asked to review the entire Data migration strategy and current state of the technical migration activities to provide immediate leadership/best practice direction to stabilize the program and ensure testing and cutover deadlines are met.
Work anticipated to be performed 100% remote.
Qualifications:
- 15 + Years of SAP implementation/team leadership experience with a heavy concentration in data migration approach and execution to include specific experience with data migration to S/4 HANA.
- Expert level knowledge and best practices related to various data migration tools/strategies utilizing S/4 Migration Cockpit (MC), Rapid Migration (RM) via SAP Data Services , LSMW, RFC vs use of staging tables, data cleansing impacts & ETL transform approaches etc.
- Proven ability to drive consensus amongst multiple stakeholder groups, explain and align best practices and diagnose/resolve time sensitive challenges.
- US Citizen or Green Card applicants only based on client data sensitivity
