Description:
The Infor Workforce Management (Workbrain) Functional Consultant will be supporting an upgrade of WFM from version 6.2 to version 2022.1 in an on-premises environment.
- Requirement and Design analysis
- Application Configuration
- Custom Code analysis
- Functional testing
- System Integration testing
- Regression testing, Defect analysis
- Support and maintenance of the application
- Develop an understanding of business requirements and prepare functional requirements.
- Participate in discovery sessions to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential problems.
- Prepare detailed Test Scenarios followed by test cases.
- Execute the test scenarios and document the defects.
- Help developers in debugging the reported defects.
- Participated in Production issue analysis and fixes.
