Description:
The Infor Workforce Management (Workbrain) Technical Consultant will be supporting an upgrade of WFM from version 6.2 to version 2022.1 in an on-premises environment.
This work will involve:
- Installation and configuration of upgraded environments
- Planning and executing data conversions
- Development
- Performance Testing/Performance Tuning
- Testing Support
- Support and maintenance of the application
The resource will:
- Guide system administrators and database administrators through installation, configuration, and upgrade of the environments.
- Review custom code and ensure its proper function within the upgraded environment.
- Ensure system integrations are configured in the upgraded environment.
- Help debug reported defects during test cycles.
- Participate in Production issue analysis and fixes.
Public trust security clearance is the lowest level of additional background screening that the federal government requires for applicants of certain jobs, which includes completing a
Standard Form 85 (SF85) form.
