Baer is looking for SAP HR Mini Master Consultant for a 3 month remote project.

HCM consultant will set-up integration between two S/4HANA systems (ERP and CIS) to replicate HR mini-Masters using standard interface.
- SAP Human Capital Management- Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
- S/4HANA Employee Business Partner and vendor synchronization configuration.
- SAP HCM data migration.
- SuccessFactors Employee Central Employee Data Model.
- Basic knowledge of ABAP coding, debugging, BADI implementations, troubleshooting using system logs.
- Knowledge of HR Infotype structures and tables.
- S/4HANA integration with Employee Central using Business Integration Builder.
- Work Requirements:
- 2 days per week for a total of 84 days.
- Onsite of approximately 25 days required.
